Restoring Movement and Possibility
We use movement to relieve pain so you can enjoy life after injury or physical limitation.
After approval from your referring healthcare provider, we start our work together by using our medically based assessment to determine how we can best accommodate your limitations and achieve your desired outcomes.
Based on our findings in the assessment, we restore the body’s ability to move correctly by “turning on” the small, deep support muscles which have been “turned off” due to lifestyle, injury, or surgery.
After foundational movement is restored, we use practical physiology and gentle targeted exercise to rebuild your body's ability to move naturally so you can do more without pain.
As your body gets stronger and pain is reduced, we slowly and expertly reintegrate your everyday movements so you can enjoy the lifestyle and activities you love.
